Vayk is a town and the centre of the Vayk Municipality of the Vayots Dzor Province of Armenia. As per the 2016 official estimate, Vayk had a population of around 4,700.

Arin is a village in the Vayk Municipality of the Vayots Dzor Province of Armenia. The village was founded in the mid-19th century upon an older site. The village was renamed to Arin in 1978. Arin is situated 3½ km northeast of Layn.
