Germijan is a village in the municipality of Novaci, North Macedonia. It used to be part of the former municipality of Bač. It is located close to the Greek border.

Bač is a village and a former municipality in the southern part of North Macedonia. By the 2003 territorial division of the country, the rural municipality of Bač was attached to Novaci Municipality.

Mesokampos is a village in Florina Regional Unit, Macedonia, Greece. The 1920 Greek census recorded 165 people in the village, and 165 inhabitants were Muslim in 1923. Mesokampos is situated 5 km south of Šupur.
