Shimla railway station is a railway station in Shimla in the Indian state of Himachal Pradesh. The station is the terminus of the UNESCO World Heritage Site Kalka–Shimla Railway. Shimla railway station is situated 3 km south of Dūdhli State Forest.

Jakhu Temple is an ancient Hindu temple in Shimla, Himachal Pradesh, India, dedicated to the Hindu deity Lord Hanuman. It is situated at Jakhu Hill, Shimla's highest peak, 2.5 km east of the Ridge at a height of 2,455 m above sea level. Jakhu Temple is situated 3½ km southeast of Dūdhli State Forest.

The Rashtrapati Niwas, formerly known as Viceregal Lodge, is located on the Observatory Hills of Shimla, Himachal Pradesh, India. It was formerly the residence of the British Viceroy of India. Rashtrapati Niwas is situated 4 km southwest of Dūdhli State Forest.
