Amghras is a small town and rural commune in Al Haouz Province of the Marrakesh-Tensift-El Haouz region of Morocco. At the time of the 2004 census, the commune had a total population of 4222 people living in 760 households. Amghras is situated 8 km south of Sidi Brahim Ou Khaled.

Amizmiz is a small town in Morocco approximately 55 kilometers south of Marrakech. It lies at the foot of the High Atlas mountain range. Its population consists mainly of Berbers of Chleuh origin who speak the Tashelhiyt dialect.
