Tegher Monastery

Tegher Monastery is an early 13th-century Armenian monastery and church located on the southeastern slopes of Mount Aragats near the modern village of Tegher, and across the gorge from the village of Byurakan in the Aragatsotn Province of Armenia.

Herouni Mirror Radio Telescope

The Orgov Radio-Optical Telescope, also known as ROT54 or the Herouni Mirror Radio Telescope, is a radio telescope in Orgov, Armenia. It was built between 1975 and 1985 and was active between 1986 and 1990 before its use was halted. Herouni Mirror Radio Telescope is situated 630 metres north of Tegher Monastery.

The Arshakid Kings Mausoleum and Basilica is a grave monument complex that sits along a gorge overlooking the Amberd River, and is located in the center of the village of Aghtsk in the Aragatsotn Province of Armenia. Arshakuni Buriap Vryptat at aghtsk 4th century is situated 3½ km south of Tegher Monastery.

The Byurakan Astrophysical Observatory, or Byurakan Observatory is an astronomical observatory owned and operated by the Armenian Academy of Sciences. It is located on the slope of Mount Aragats in the village of Byurakan in Armenia. Byurakan astrophysic observatory is situated 3 km southeast of Tegher Monastery.
