Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City

The Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City is a planned city jointly developed by the governments of and . Located in Binhai, the Eco-City was intentionally sited on "non-arable" land with a "water shortage" to the southeast of 's , in order to prove that sustainable urban development could be realised even under challenging environmental conditions.
