Aukštojas Hill is the highest point of Lithuania. It is located in the Medininkai Highlands, Migūnai forestry, approximately 24 kilometres southeast of the capital city of Vilnius. Aukštojas Hill is situated 3 km north of Keipūnai.

Juozapinė Hill is a hill located near Vilnius. It was formerly believed to be highest point in Lithuania. However, in 2007 the peaks were remeasured by staff at Vilnius Gediminas Technical University, using GPS technology. Juozapinė Hill is situated 3½ km north of Keipūnai.
