The Saint Stephen Church of Lmbat Monastery, more commonly known as Lmbatavank, is a church located on a hillside southwest of the town of Artik in the Shirak Province of Armenia. It was constructed in the 7th century and was dedicated to Saint Stephen.

Artik is a town in the Artik Municipality of the Shirak Province of Armenia. As of the 2011 census, the town had a population of 19,534. As per the 2016 official estimate, the population of Artik was around 18,800.

Anushavan is a village in the Artik Municipality of the Shirak Province of Armenia. In 1969, the town was renamed in honor of Dr. Anushavan Galoyan, a World War II hero. Anushavan is situated 3 km northeast of Barekamut’yan.

Harich is a village in the Artik Municipality of the Shirak Province of Armenia. Within the village is the Harichavank Monastery of the 8th century. Across the gorge from the monastery is a 3rd millennium BC fortress and tomb field. Harich is situated 4 km southeast of Barekamut’yan.
