Cathedral of Avan

The Cathedral of Avan is a ruined late 6th-century church located in the Avan District of Yerevan, the capital of Armenia. It is the oldest surviving church inside Yerevan's city limits, and earliest dated example of tetraconch church. Cathedral of Avan is situated 3½ km northwest of Ch’arazner.

Charents' Arch, also known as Arch of Charents or Arch of Ararat is a monument and tourist attraction erected in 1957 and dedicated to the Armenian poet Yeghishe Charents. Arch of Charenc is situated 4 km southeast of Ch’arazner.

Nor Nork is one of the 12 districts of Yerevan, the capital of Armenia. It is located at the eastern part of the city. It is bordered by the districts of Nork-Marash, Kentron and Kanaker-Zeytun from the west, Avan from the north and Erebuni from the south. Kotayk Province forms the eastern border of the district. Nor Nork is situated 3½ km west of Ch’arazner.
