Ferdengletscher

Ferdengletscher is a glacier in Ferden, Raron District, Valais and has an elevation of 2,744 metres. Ferdengletscher is situated nearby to the locality Fluhalp, as well as near the hamlet Faldumalp.

The Ferdenrothorn is a mountain of the Bernese Alps, located between Leukerbad and Ferden in the canton of Valais. It lies south of the Balmhorn and overlooks the Lötschen Pass on its north side. Its east side shows well marked folds.

Lauchernalp is an alp and resort area in the Swiss Alps, located in the canton of Valais. It sits on a sunny terrace, between 1,900 and 2,100 metres above sea level, overlooking the Lötschental above Wiler. Lauchernalp is situated 5 km east of Ferdengletscher.
