The House of the Huangcheng Chancellor, also known by its Chinese name, Huangcheng Xiangfu, is a 10-hectare walled estate on Phoenix Hill comprising Huangcheng, a village occupying a hollow above the Changhe Valley between Yangcheng and Jincheng in southeastern Shanxi, China.

Beiliu is a town in eastern Yangcheng County in western Jincheng Prefecture in southern Shanxi Province in central China. The town is popular among tourists because of the House of the Huangcheng Chancellor, a AAAAA-rated tourist attraction. Beiliu is situated 3½ km south of Guoyu.
