Qʼumarkaj is an archaeological site in the southwest of the El Quiché department of Guatemala. Qʼumarkaj is also known as Utatlán, the Nahuatl translation of the city's name. Qʼumarkaj is situated 3½ km southeast of Río Chuiquilaj.
