Stein is a former municipality in the Wahlkreis of Toggenburg in the canton of St. Gallen in Switzerland. The municipalities of Nesslau-Krummenau and Stein merged on 1 January 2013 into the new municipality of Nesslau. Stein is situated 3 km southeast of Egg.
