Sicheng is a railway station of Taiwan Railway Yilan line located in Toucheng Township, Yilan County, Taiwan. Ssu-ch’eng Railway Station is situated 3½ km northwest of Gonglao Village.

Yilan is a city on the east coast of Taiwan. As the area was mostly settled by Han Chinese immigrants from Zhangzhou, the local dialect of Taiwanese is noticeably more similar to that of Zhangzhou than in other parts of Taiwan.
