St. Thomas Island or Zmiyski ostrov, is a Bulgarian island in the Black Sea. It is situated in Burgas Province, Primorsko Municipality, 7 km north of Primorsko and 15 km km south of Sozopol. St. Thomas Island is situated 2½ km southeast of Spazma.

Dyuni is a resort town on the Bulgarian Black Sea Coast, in Sozopol Municipality, Burgas Province, southern Bulgaria. It was purpose-built in 1986–1987 and features a large resort accompanied by several subsidiary hotels, restaurants, and entertainment venues. Dyuni Resort is situated 2½ km north of Spazma.

Ravadinovo is a village in Sozopol Municipality, in Burgas Province, in southeastern Bulgaria. As of 2013 it has 691 inhabitants. The village is situated at a distance of 2.5 km from the Black Sea, at the north-eastern foothills of Medni Rid Ridge, which is itself the north-eastern extreme of the Bosna Ridge in the Strandzha Mountains. Ravadinovo is situated 5 km northwest of Spazma.
