Prempeh College is a public secondary boarding school for boys located in Kumasi, the capital city of the Ashanti Region, Ghana. The school was founded in 1949 by the Asanteman traditional authority, the British Colonial Government, the Methodist Church Ghana and the Presbyterian Church of Ghana. Prempeh College is situated 2½ km south of Abrepo.

Owabi Wildlife Sanctuary is a bird sanctuary, located in Kumasi in the Ashanti Region of Ghana. It is home to many butterflies, over 140 species of birds, monkeys and the more reclusive bushpig, bushbuck and antelope. Owabi Wildlife Sanctuary is situated 3½ km west of Abrepo.
