Snezhanka Cave

Snezhanka is a show cave in the Rhodope Mountains, southern Bulgaria. It was discovered in 1961 and opened for visitors in 1965. Snezhanka is among the 100 Tourist Sites of Bulgaria of the Bulgarian Tourist Union. Snezhanka Cave is situated 2½ km northeast of Sarpkuz.

Batak is a town in Pazardzhik Province, southern Bulgaria, not far from the town of Peshtera. It is the administrative centre of the homonymous Batak Municipality. As of December 2009, the town had a population of 3,498. Batak is situated 6 km southwest of Sarpkuz.
