Mandela Bay Theatre Complex, formerly the Port Elizabeth Opera House, is a theatre in Gqeberha, South Africa. It opened in 1892 and is a proclaimed a national monument since 1980.

Port Elizabeth Main Public Library is both a historic monument and public library. The building is situated at the northwestern corner of Market square in central Gqeberha, Eastern Cape, South Africa. Gqeberha Main Public Library is situated 200 metres east of Port Elizabeth Lighthouse.
