Patalenitsa is a village in southwestern Bulgaria, administratively part of Pazardzhik Municipality within Pazardzhik Province. It lies 15 kilometres southwest of Pazardzhik, at the northern foot of the Karkaria ridge of the western Rhodope Mountains, some 370 metres above sea level. Patalenitsa is situated 4 km southwest of Ermenska Reka.
