Chikuzen Kokubun-ji is a Shingon-sect Buddhist temple in the Kokubunji neighborhood of the city of Dazaifu, Fukuoka, Japan. It is one of the few surviving provincial temples established by Emperor Shōmu during the Nara period. Chikuzen Kokubunji Site is situated 2½ km northeast of Midorigaoka.
