Osaka castle

The Osaka Castle area is in Osaka city. This area consisting of many buildings surrounded by water is home to Osaka-castle, Osaka-jo Hall, classical music halls, theaters where you can enjoy the performing arts, hotels, shopping and sports facilities.

The Japan Mint is an Independent Administrative Institution of the Japanese government, responsible for producing and circulating the coins of Japan. The agency has its head office in Osaka with branches in Saitama and Hiroshima.

Osaka Tenmangū

The Osaka Tenmangū Shrine is a Shinto shrine and one of Tenmangū founded in AD 949 in Osaka by Emperor Murakami. The Tenjin Festival is held here annually from 24 July to 25 July.

The Kita is the newest centre of Osaka city. The area around Umeda station, where major terminals for the Osaka subway, Japan Rail, Hankyu and Hanshin railways can be found, it boasts department stores, buildings full of fashionable shops and various attractions.

Dōyamachō is a district in the Umeda area of Osaka, Japan. It is close to the JR Osaka and Umeda Station, many restaurants, bars, izakaya, karaoke, massage parlors, host clubs, hotels, and shops concentrate in the area.

Chūō-ku is one of 24 wards of Osaka, Japan. It has an area of 8.88 km2, and a population of 60,085. It houses Osaka's financial district, as well as the Osaka Prefecture offices and principal shopping and tourist areas.
