Cruz del Tercer Milenio is an 83 meter tall, 40 meter wide, concrete cross located at the top of El Vigía hill in Coquimbo, Chile. Construction began in 1999 and it was completed in 2001.

Estadio Francisco Sánchez Rumoroso is a multi-purpose stadium in Coquimbo, Chile. Currently, it is mostly used for football matches. It is the home stadium of Coquimbo Unido. Estadio Municipal Francisco Sánchez Rumoroso is situated 3½ km south of Pelicanos Rock.

Mohammed VI Mosque

The Mohammed VI Center for Dialogue of Civilizations is a mosque in Coquimbo, Chile. The structure is a replica of the Kutubiyya Mosque in Marrakesh and was funded by the Kingdom of Morocco and the municipality of Coquimbo, being named in honor of king Mohammed VI of Morocco. Mohammed VI Mosque is situated 3½ km south of Pelicanos Rock.
