Holy Resurrection Orthodox Church of Hakodate is a Japanese Orthodox Church in the city of Hakodate, Hokkaido, Japan. The first purpose-built Orthodox Christian church to open in Japan was the wooden Russian Consulate chapel of the Resurrection of Christ, in Hakodate, Hokkaido, consecrated in October 1860.

Ōtani Hongan-ji Hakodate Betsu-in is a branch temple of Higashi Hongan-ji in Hakodate, Hokkaidō, Japan. Rebuilt after a fire in 1907, it is the first temple in Japan built with reinforced concrete. Ōtani Hongan-ji Hakodate Betsu-in is situated 120 metres northeast of Hakodate Saint John Church.
