São Januário

Estádio Vasco da Gama, popularly known as São Januário owing to its location on a street of the same name, is the home ground of CR Vasco da Gama. It is located in the Vasco da Gama neighborhood, in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, on a hill near the National Observatory of Brazil.

The Quinta da Boa Vista is a public park of great historical importance located in the São Cristóvão neighbourhood, in the North zone of the city of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

Valongo Wharf

The Valongo Wharf is an old dock located in the port area of Rio de Janeiro, between the current Coelho e Castro and Sacadura Cabral streets. Built in 1811, it was the site of landing and trading of enslaved Africans until 1831, with the blockade of Africa banning the Atlantic slave trade to Brazil. Valongo Wharf is situated 3½ km southeast of Portuaria.
