The Earthen Fortification, Iksan was an ancient Korean fortress or fortification in what is now Iksan, South Korea. On January 21, 1963, its former site was made a Historic Site of South Korea. Iksan Earthen Fortification is situated 4 km southwest of Yonghwa-ri.

The temple was established in 602 by King Mu and is located 36.012083 N, 127.031028 E, modern Iksan, North Jeolla Province, South Korea. Iksan Mireuksaji (Iksan Mireuk Temple Site) is situated 4½ km west of Yonghwa-ri.
