Rarotonga International Airport is the Cook Islands' main international gateway, located in the Avarua district on the northern coast of Rarotonga, 3 km west of the Avarua downtown area.

The Tereora Stadium also known as the National Stadium is a multi-purpose stadium in Avarua, Cook Islands. It is currently used mostly for rugby and football matches. Avarua Tereora Stadium is situated 1½ km east of Rainbow Villas.
