Mlýnské Struhadlo is a municipality and village in Klatovy District in the Plzeň Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 50 inhabitants. Mlýnské Struhadlo lies approximately 15 kilometres east of Klatovy, 36 km south of Plzeň, and 100 km south-west of Prague.
