The 15 October Stadium is a multi-use stadium in Bizerte, Tunisia. It has a capacity of 20,000 seats of which 4,000 are covered. The stadium hosted matches of the 2004 African Cup of Nations, which has also been won by the Tunisian team, but it is usually used by CA Bizertin. 15 October Stadium is situated 3 km northwest of Cité Ouvrières.

Menzel Abderrahmane is a town and commune in the Bizerte Governorate, Tunisia. As of 2004 it had a population of 16,824. The town is about sixty miles north of Tunis on the north shore of Lake Bizerte. Menzel Abderrahmane is situated 2½ km southwest of Cité Ouvrières.
