Oyan is a town in Odo Otin North Local Council Development Authority in Osun State, Nigeria. The traditional title of the king is His Royal Majesty Oloyan of Oyan, there are 4 prominent ruling houses in oyan, they include; Elemo's Rulling House, Olaojo's Rulling House, Daodu's Rulling House, and olomooba's Rulling House. Oyan is situated 4½ km southeast of Ago-Offa.

Offa is a city in the Kwara of Nigeria. It was founded in 1395 by Olalomi olofa-gan gan. There are about 120,100 inhabitants. The vegetation in Offa is savanna vegetation and the town is noted for its weaving and dyeing trade, farming and also rearing of livestock.
