Santa Cruz is a town in Saint Elizabeth, Jamaica. It is on the A2 road connecting Black River to Mandeville. A minor market village until the 1950s, the development of nearby areas for bauxite mining stimulated its growth in the 1950s and 1960s, as did the establishment of the St. Elizabeth Technical High School in 1961. Santa Cruz is situated 5 km southeast of Content.

Maggotty is a settlement in Jamaica. It had a population of 1,335 as of 2009. Maggotty was a bauxite mining town in the 1960s and 1970s. The Revere bauxite plant polluted the Black River, Jamaica's longest river. Maggotty is situated 10 km north of Content.
