Fujimae-higata

Fujimae-higata is a tidal flat beside the Port of Nagoya in Aichi Prefecture, Japan. A campaign to stop further development has made Fujimae a symbol of the wetland conservation movement in Japan.

The Aonami Line is a third-sector commuter railway line in the city of Nagoya operated by the Nagoya Rinkai Rapid Transit. Officially called the Nishi-Nagoyakō Line, it connects Nagoya Station with Kinjō-futō Station. Arakogawa-koen is situated 3½ km northeast of Fujimae.

Tobishima is a village located in Ama District, Aichi Prefecture, in the Tōkai region of Japan. As of 1 October 2019, the town had an estimated population of 4,609 in 1765 households, and a population density of 206 persons per km2. Tobishima is situated 3½ km west of Fujimae.
