Chai Wan is the eastern terminus of the MTR Island line on Hong Kong Island, Hong Kong. It is the only station on the Island line that is elevated. The station is located at the junction of Chai Wan Road and Island Eastern Corridor, and serves Siu Sai Wan and Chai Wan, a primarily residential and industrial town. Chai Wan station is situated 320 metres southeast of Greenwood Terrace.

Law Uk is a former Hakka village house in Chai Wan, Hong Kong. Named after the surname of the family who lived in the house, it was built in the mid-18th century during the Qing Dynasty, about 90 years before the British took possession of Hong Kong Island. Law Uk Folk Museum is situated 310 metres south of Greenwood Terrace.

Pamela Youde Nethersole Eastern Hospital, known as Eastern Hospital or Youde Hospital, is an acute district general hospital in Chai Wan, Hong Kong. The hospital houses one of two Emergency Radiation Therapy Centers in Hong Kong, with the other situated at Tuen Mun Hospital. Pamela Youde Nethersole Eastern Hospital is situated 400 metres north of Greenwood Terrace.
