Tsui Wan Estate is a public housing estate in Chai Wan, Hong Kong Island, Hong Kong, near Chai Wan Park, Yue Wan Estate and Tsui Lok Estate. Built on the reclaimed land in Chai Wan, the estate consists of 4 residential blocks completed in 1988.

Chai Wan is the eastern terminus of the MTR Island line on Hong Kong Island, Hong Kong. It is the only station on the Island line that is elevated. The station is located at the junction of Chai Wan Road and Island Eastern Corridor, and serves Siu Sai Wan and Chai Wan, a primarily residential and industrial town. Chai Wan station is situated 510 metres southwest of Tsui Wan Estate.

Pamela Youde Nethersole Eastern Hospital, known as Eastern Hospital or Youde Hospital, is an acute district general hospital in Chai Wan, Hong Kong. The hospital houses one of two Emergency Radiation Therapy Centers in Hong Kong, with the other situated at Tuen Mun Hospital. Pamela Youde Nethersole Eastern Hospital is situated 480 metres northwest of Tsui Wan Estate.
