Tambogrande is a small town in the Piura Province of the Piura Region in northwestern Peru. One of many small towns chosen as a site for mining development during Peru's mining boom in 1999, Tambogrande achieved prominence for successfully opposing the Manhattan Minerals mining development in the area. Tambogrande is situated 4 km southeast of San Eduardo Bajo.

Angostura is a small village in Sullana Province, Piura Region, on the northwestern coastal plains of Peru. It is approximately halfway between the towns of Chulucanas and Sullana in the Loma Blanca hills between the Chira River and the Piura River. Angostura is situated 4½ km south of San Eduardo Bajo.
