Lillby is a village in the municipality of Pedersöre in Ostrobothnia, Finland. It was former administrative center of the former Purmo municipality. In 2020, it has over 300 inhabitants.

Purmo is a former municipality of Finland. It was incorporated into the rural municipality of Pedersöre in Ostrobothnia in 1977. Purmo is home to a wooden church built by Antti Hakola in 1772. Purmo is situated 4 km northwest of Slip.
