Erebuni Fortress is an Urartian fortified city, located in Yerevan, Armenia. It is 1,017 metres above sea level. Erebuni Historical-Archaeological Reserve-Museum, was established on October 19, 1968. The opening of the museum was timed to coincide with the 2750th anniversary of Yerevan. Erebuni Historical and Archaeological Museum-Reserve is situated 240 metres west of Erebuni Fortress.
