Komitas State Conservatory of Yerevan, also known as Yerevan Komitas State Conservatory or Yerevan State Conservatory, is a state-owned college of music located in Yerevan, Armenia.

The Cafesjian Center for the Arts is an art museum in Yerevan, Armenia. It is located at the central Kentron District, in and around the Yerevan Cascade which is a complex of massive staircase with fountains, ascending up from the Tamanyan Street gardens and pedestrian zone.

Kond is one of the oldest quarters of Yerevan. It is situated within the boundaries of the modern-day Kentron District of the capital of Armenia. According to Hovhannes Shahkhatunyants, an Armenian historian, Kond is located at the western and southern hillsides and foot of a rocky hill with similar name.
