Talin is a town in the Talin Municipality of the Aragatsotn Province of Armenia. As of the 2011 census, Talin had a population of 5,310. According to the 2016 official estimate, Talin currently has a population of around 3,800.

Tatul is a village in the Talin Municipality of the Aragatsotn Province of Armenia. The village was inhabited by Armenians until 1918. The village was renamed after the First Nagorno-Karabakh War commander and the National Hero of Armenia Tatul Krpeyan, who was born in the village. Tatul is situated 3½ km west of Talin Municipality.
