Estadio BBVA, formerly known as Estadio BBVA Bancomer, is an association football stadium located in Guadalupe, Greater Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico. Dubbed "El Gigante de Acero", it replaced the Estadio Tecnológico as the home of C.F. Estadio BBVA is situated 2½ km southeast of Arboledas de Corregidora.

Torre Ciudadana also known as the Centro de Gobierno Plaza Civica is a state government office skyscraper in Monterrey, Mexico. Built between 2007 and 2010, the tower stands at 180 m tall with 36 floors, is the current 21st tallest building in Mexico and the 7th tallest in Monterrey. Torre Ciudadana is situated 3½ km west of Arboledas de Corregidora.
