The Estadio Universitario, nicknamed El Volcán, is a football stadium located on the campus of the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León in San Nicolás de los Garza, Nuevo León, Mexico, in the metropolitan area of Monterrey. Estadio Universitario is situated 4 km northwest of Industrial Benito Juárez.

Torre Ciudadana also known as the Centro de Gobierno Plaza Civica is a state government office skyscraper in Monterrey, Mexico. Built between 2007 and 2010, the tower stands at 180 m tall with 36 floors, is the current 21st tallest building in Mexico and the 7th tallest in Monterrey. Torre Ciudadana is situated 3½ km south of Industrial Benito Juárez.
