Estadio BBVA is an association football stadium located in Guadalupe, a suburb east of Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico. Dubbed "El Gigante de Acero", it replaced the Estadio Tecnológico as the home of C.F. Estadio BBVA is situated 3 km northeast of Valle del Contry Primer Sector.

Torre Ciudadana also known as the Centro de Gobierno Plaza Civica is a state government office skyscraper in Monterrey, Nuevo León. Built between 2007 and 2010, the tower stands at 180 m tall with 36 floors, is the current 21st tallest building in Mexico and the 7th tallest in Monterrey. Torre Ciudadana is situated 3½ km northwest of Valle del Contry Primer Sector.
