Loukoléla is a town in the department of Congo-Oubangui in eastern Republic of the Congo. It is the administrative seat of the Loukoléla District.

Lukolela is a town in Équateur Province in the Democratic Republic of the Congo on the Congo River bank. It is opposite the Republic of Congo town of Loukolela. The Lukolela Swamp Rat is named after the town. Lukolela is situated 9 km southeast of Loukolela.
