Satu Mare is a commune located in Suceava County, Bukovina, Romania. It is composed of two villages, Satu Mare and Țibeni. From 1776 to 1941, Țibeni village was inhabited by the Székelys of Bukovina. Țibeni is situated 2½ km southeast of Pârâul Cârnul.

Milișăuți is the fifteenth largest urban settlement in the county, with a population of 4,657 inhabitants, according to the 2021 census. Milișăuți is situated 4 km south of Pârâul Cârnul.
