Agra, a city around 200 km from , is home to two UNESCO World Heritage Sites: the Taj Mahal and the Agra Fort. There are also many other buildings and tombs from Agra's days of glory as the capital of the Mughal Empire, as well as the abandoned city of outside town, itself a World Heritage Site.

Agra Fort, also known as the Red Fort of Agra or Qila-i-Akbari, is an historic fort in the city of Agra in , India. A brick fortification on the site, noted as early as 1080 and later known as Badalgarh, was extensively rebuilt in red sandstone by the Mughal emperor Akbar from 1565 to 1573.

is a Mughal mausoleum in Agra, , India. Built between 1622 and 1628, it was commissioned by the Mughal empress Nur Jahan for her father, Mirza Ghiyas Beg, who had been given the title I'timād-ud-Daulah by Emperor Jahangir.

The Jama Mosque is a 17th-century congregational mosque located in the historic core of Agra, . It was built by Jahanara Begum, the eldest daughter of Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan, during the latter's reign.
