Waiheke Island

Waiheke Island is in the Hauraki Gulf near Auckland, just off the North Island of New Zealand. It is 35 minutes by ferry from Auckland and is a popular destination for day trips and longer visits.
Great Barrier Island

Great Barrier Island is in the outer Hauraki Gulf in northern New Zealand. It lies east of the Northland Peninsula and directly north of Coromandel Peninsula.
Rangitoto Island

Rangitoto Island is a volcanic island in the Hauraki Gulf, just off the North Island of New Zealand. It is 40 minutes by ferry from Auckland and is a popular destination for a halfday hike with a great view and tunnel-like caves formed by lava.

Muriwai

Muriwai is a beach and village on the west coast of the Auckland Region of New Zealand, popular with people from Auckland, 42 km away. The beach runs northwards for 50 km to the mouth of the Kaipara Harbour; the northern part is known as Te Oneone Rangatira Beach.
