Changuinola is a city in the Bocas del Toro Province of Panama and seat city of the Changuinola District. The city attracts tourists as a popular gateway to Bocas Town and nearby cities Almirante and Chiriqui Grande.
Isla Bastimentos National Marine Park
Isla Bastimentos National Marine Park is in the province of Bocas del Toro, in the Caribbean West Panama. It was one of the first land and marine national parks established in the country and stands out for its natural beauty, Caribbean beaches, tropical forests, mangroves, and rich biodiversity, both terrestrial and marine.

Bastimentos is an island in Bocas del Toro province in the Caribbean West of Panama. The island, together with several nearby small islands, makes up the Isla Bastimentos National Marine Park, a protected natural area that protects mangrove swamps, shallow waters, and beaches that are nesting areas for four species of sea turtle.
Isla Carenero
Isla Carenero is in the Caribbean West of Panama, in the Bocas del Toro archipelago. It's just across a narrow channel from Bocas Town. The island is known for its relaxed cabana restaurants, sandy beaches, and surfing spots.
