Skellig Michael

Skellig Michael or "Great Skellig" is a small uninhabited island 12 km off the coast of County Kerry in southwest Ireland. Its twin crags, rising to 218 m, have the remains of an ancient monastery perched above an often-roiling sea.
Killarney

Killarney is a town in County Kerry in southwest Ireland. It has a resident population of about 14,000 but in summer they're outnumbered by tourists, because this is one of the most scenic areas of Ireland, firmly on the tourist circuit for over 150 years.
Tralee

Tralee is the county town of County Kerry in southwest Ireland, with a population of 23,691 in 2016. Its Irish name Trá Lí means "strand / beach on the River Lee".

Listowel is a town in County Kerry, 28 km northeast of Tralee. With a population of 4794 in 2022, it's the largest settlement in the north of the county.
Blasket Islands

The Blasket Islands are an archipelago off the Dingle peninsula of County Kerry. They've had no permanent residents since they were evacuated in 1953, but in summer Great Blasket the largest island has a couple of rangers-cum-caretakers, self-catering cottages, and camping is permitted.
Cloghane

An Clochán or Cloghane is a village on the north coastline of the Dingle Peninsula in County Kerry. It's 40 km west of Tralee and in 2011 it had a population of 297.
Portmagee

Portmagee is a fishing village on the Iveragh Peninsula of County Kerry, with a population in 2016 of 123. In Irish it's An Caladh, "the ferry", because it was the port for Valentia Island, but a bridge now spans the channel.
Kenmare

Kenmare is a village in County Kerry in southwest Ireland. It's at the head of Kenmare Bay: north of the bay is Iveragh Peninsula, and its coast road is the popular Ring of Kerry tourist route.
Caherciveen

Caherciveen is a village on the Iveragh Peninsula in County Kerry in southwest Ireland. It has a population of 1300, but it's on the popular Ring of Kerry tourist circuit and gets very busy in summer.
Annascaul

Annascaul or Abha na Scáil is a village on the roadside of the main road up the Dingle Peninsula in County Kerry. It's a stopping point on the Dingle Way hiking trail, and Inch Beach 5 km east is a centre for surfing.
