Fajardo is a town and a municipality part of the San Juan-Caguas-Fajardo Combined Statistical Area in Puerto Rico. Ceiba is a small seaside town and municipality of Puerto Rico. This small town is the former site of the Roosevelt Roads US Naval Base and the current site of the Ceiba State Forest, one of the largest mangrove forests in the island.
