Green County is a rural county located in Southwest Wisconsin. It is known regionally for being the home of the New Glarus and Minhas Craft Breweries. New Glarus is located in central-southern Wisconsin, in rural Green County. It is known as America's "Little Switzerland". The City was founded by Swiss immigrants from Glarus canton in 1845.
