is the major settlement on the eponymous island in . "Ibiza" is the Spanish name; in Catalan, it is known as Eivissa. The locals call it Vila for short. is widely known and visited for its exciting nightlife.

is the second largest town in Ibiza, and is considered by British clubbers to be the clubbing capital of the world. It is on San Antonio Bay, on the west of Ibiza.
